Save a complete and accurate set of delivery records for every issue. |

Make sure route lists include each and every delivery location, listed in order of delivery. |

Make sure route lists include totals for each route. |

Clearly note returns for each drop site. |

Clearly note any adjustments to number delivered. |
| 6. |
Ask drivers to sign and date their list to attest to accuracy of delivery and return counts. |
